Your First Appointment
Scheduling an appointment is easy; just call our office or use this easy form to schedule a consultation with Dr. Patel. Once you’ve made your appointment, you can download our new patient forms and fill them out prior to your visit.
A new patient exam normally takes about 90 minutes. We’ll do a full oral health exam, prescribe any necessary x-rays, then Dr. Patel will meet with you to get to know you, your smile, your goals, and your oral health history. A treatment plan will be laid out, and subsequent appointments scheduled.
